Intensive Course

Some people need to learn to drive in a hurry, due to work commitments or just a burning desire to get out on to the road, and as such we offer intensive courses.
Intensive courses are usually involve six hours a day of one to one tuition with one of hour qualified expert instructors for five days followed by a pre-booked test at the end of the week.
To be eligible for an intensive course you must have a valid, signed provisional license and have passed the Driving Standards Agency's Theory Test. The lessons start at 09:00 wand we work through until lunch at 12:00, where we have an hour long lunch break, then from 13:00 until 16:00. These are our usual operating times for intensive courses but we can sometimes adjust these times to fit your requirements, although this is what we find works best.
The cost of the course is £100 per day plus the Driving Standards Agency Practical Test Fee, currently £48.50.
You are best advised to have an assessment lesson prior to commencing the intensive course so that our instructors can advise you on the amount of professional tuition you might need.

If you are not from the Swansea or Llanelli area and are interested in an intensive course along the beautiful Welsh coastline whilst staying in a rural family run Welsh B&B or five star hotel please see our Residential Course Page
Residential Course
In some parts of the UK there are long waiting lists to sit a practical driving test, and as such we offer residential courses. Where you study driving intensively over a course of a week and stay in a guest house, B&B or hotel. The choice of accommodation depends upon your personal requirements. As we are based in the Swansea and Llanelli areas we have a choice of two different Driving Standards Agency Practical Test Centres available. These test centres have a very short practical test waiting list, usually between seven to ten days. This makes our residential courses very appealing and practical to candidates who need to get driving soon due to work or other commitments. Also, where better to learn than along the beautiful Welsh coastline and deep valleys whilst staying in a huge range of different accommodation, from a rustic, rural, family run B&B's to five star hotels.
To be eligible for a residential course you need to hold a valid UK provisional licence and have passed the Driving Standards Agency's Theory Test. (Please see our Theory Test page). We would prefer it if students could have an assessment lesion prior to the commencement of their residential course, but we understand that this is not always possible, so we would need students to telephone our offices or request a call back (LINK) so we could have a quick chat about your personal requirements and previous driving experience, before we can recommend
how many hours of tuition you might need. The cost of the course is £100 per day for six hours of professional one on one driving tuition, plus accommodation and the Driving Standards Agency's test fees (Please see our DSA Page). Our instructors can estimate how many hours of tuition you need after a quick chat with but a rough guideline published by the Driving Standards Agency is one and a half hours per year of age*.
